Job Description:
- Supporting Boutique Manager in operations, staff planning, reports and handling customer complaints and requests
- Achievement of set targets and budgets for the store
- Handling special requests and gift orders
- Training of junior sales staff on product knowledge and manage day-to-day staff issues
- Maintaining merchandise and ensure proper display, adequate stocking etc.
