About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Non-Technical Senior Training Manager from an automotive background to come and join our automotive academy here at Al Futtaim. You will be responsible for leading a team of highly trained automotive L&D Consultants, analysing business needs and identifying skills gaps and overseeing the design and execution of training solutions especially leadership development whilst measuring its impact
Key Job Specific Accountabilities:
Conduct Annual L&D Business Needs Analysis:
- Maintain a strong and continuous relationship with the business leaders and understand the business strategy and updates of each business unit in the Automotive division.
- Lead and manage the analysis of business needs to upskill leadership, technical and soft-skills capabilities.
- Set plan to comply and adhere to principles requirements
Solutions Delivery
- Plan an annual calendar for solutions design and delivery with flexibility to adjust to business changing needs
- Oversee the delivery of the annual plans against the BNA and principle requirements regionally
- Provide TA with the selection assessment centres
- Lead, upgrade and monitor the execution of the recurrent learning interventions
- Embed digital approach in providing learning solution with cost effectiveness and latest technology
- Assess learning solutions effectiveness through MLI (Measure of Learning Impact) levels
- Align with the group learning and leadership development
