A casual dining, Thai restaurant in Dubai premium location, showcasing Bangkok specialty Street food and desserts
Job Description:
Prepare ingredients as per menu and cooking basic dishes as assigned in a fast phase daily setting
Prepare daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the kitchen
Measure and mix ingredients according to established recipe cards and methods
Participate in ensuring that the work section is kept clean and in orderly fashion
Report inventory to the head chef every end of shift
