Responsibilities:
- Provide demo and training to customer about the product
- Drive the strategy, planning and execution of the organizations overall customer experience goals
- Take ownership of queries and proactively following through to resolution
- Develop best processes that are well explanatory to the customers of our product
- Work within the team that are obsessed with providing excellent customer experience
- Cascade customer feedback at various level of granularity to respective teams
- Develop best-in-class new customer onboarding process that creates a WoW effect to the new customers without being overbearing or obnoxious.
- Lead, train, and coach the team
- Ability to work in a structured environment and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Document scrutiny
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by HOD
