A casual dining, Thai restaurant in Dubai premium location, showcasing Bangkok specialty Street food and desserts.
Job Description:
Create quality recipe and menu items based on concept – THAI STREET FOODS
Control and direct the food preparation process with the whole kitchen staff
Responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
Manage and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
Oversee daily operations in the kitchen from major menu highlights, special requests, and staffing
Control and coordinate food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering
Qualifications:
Open to Asian and European nationals
45 years old and below
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the same role; expertise in Thai cuisine is a must
Must have available sample works
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
