We are looking for a Public Relation Officer for the Manufacturing Industries. This person will demonstrate a high personal integrity with at least 5 years of proven experience in Law Firms. Main responsibilities:-
Support the Corporate Team in ensuring a high level of client service and PR activities and ensure effective communication with Government Agencies (e.g. DED, MOE, Notary Public, MOFA, MOHRE, DHA, MOH, Municipality, etc.)
You will be responsible for the processing of all visas, permits and licenses
Monitor and review the local regulations to ensure all documents are submitted as required
Keep the Director, Talent & Culture informed about any legal or processing changes
Monitor submissions to ensure that visas are available in a timely manner
Ensure that policies and procedures are following and in compliance with the local law
Prepare monthly reports within the deadline
Setting up companies and undertake other licensing procedures in different Dubai and Sharjah Branch.
Accountable for the cash float allocated including submission of expense report, supporting documents, etc.
