About the Client:
A successful F&B group based in Dubai, operating within UAE is now expanding their casual dining experience to the next level within a mall in Sharjah
Job Description:
- Work in close cooperation with all other key departments in the business to ensure a smooth operation
- Utilize resources to the food cost by practicing economy of inventory items to ensure sufficient supplies and minimize cost by avoiding wastage and spoilages
- Implement new policies and procedures to follow company standards of processes and rendering customer service
- Maintain and observe consistency and quality of all foods served
- Handle guest complaints/suggestions/requests directly to achieve high guest satisfaction and retention
- Liaise with the outlet Chef to maintain FOH stock levels, avoiding spoilage and wastage
