مطلوب للعمل فى الامارات Salon Manager
- Responsible for r all day-to-day functional control of the salon branch and ensure successful attainment of revenue target
- Provide leadership and direction to the whole salon team , provide training to ensure high customer satisfaction and revenue
- Initiate and direct the development and implementation of customer relationship management strategies. Effectively identify appropriate potential clients segments
- Manage supplies and equipment inventories within the approved budget. Ensure all employees have proper and enough supplies, equipment and uniform
- Ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance set down by the Company are adhered to by all staff. Submit management weekly reports as required
