Where do You Fit In?
Located in Dubai, UAE and reporting to the VP & CCO UOP, the Sr Manager, Strategic Marketing – LST & New Vectors plays a pivotal role in shaping growth strategies and driving key strategic initiatives that are central to the growth and profitability of the LST & UOP.
This role will expose the successful candidate to working routinely with world class business leadership, diverse business models and significant opportunities to create incremental growth while enhancing their personal experiences and business acumen ahead of other future leadership roles within Honeywell
What Will You Be Doing Every Single Day?
· Champion the development of growth strategies and effective launch plans for LST and New Growth Vectors
· Work closely with the VP/GM to expand into adjacent spaces to drive growth
· Develop and implement new application “sprints” to place bigger bets faster in attractive existing and new spaces
· Proactively develop business opportunities, and lead investigation, design, and initial execution of those initiatives
· Develop stronger MOS to drive NPI/ BTIs and NPI/ BTI pipeline growth and execution
· Develop UOP/LST 3 Year Strategic Plans building on the foundation established to 2X the business
· Coach and development talent in the organization
· Support HGR growth and expansion strategies
