Receptionist :-
- Attending the calls received in board number with proper greetings
- Giving the appropriate answers to he calls
- Transfer the calls to the respective in house staff with introduction subject to their confirmation
- Receiving the visitors with required hospitality
- Updating the call list
- Updating the visitor list
- Book the meeting room(s) based on in house staff request
- Update Meeting Room Schedule
- Ensure that at any point of time, all the meeting rooms are filled with required stationery and water etc…
- Ensure reception area is tidy
- Receive, sort and distribute daily deliveries
- Update the out side meeting schedule of the staff
- Performing the usual office assistance job
Co-Ordination
- Co-Ordinating with IT outsourcing team for IT related requirements
- Co-Ordination for meetings and meeting room setups
General
- Taking care of the reception at the time of chairman office receptionist absent
- Handling time to time assignments from Chairman and Managing Partner.
- Taking care of other receptionist task during her absence.
