Your Role: This role would be responsible for setting up the leasing strategy of the company’s designated portfolio. Ensure the capability of the business is meeting its overall objectives. Lead successful operations in the rental of the units with a primary focus on profitability. Focus on discipline, communication, and prioritizing the mission’s critical objectives of securing key clients and increase product visibility. Manage lease negotiation and tenant relations. Provide market insights and competition updates. Prior experience in specifically leasing malls and ensuring a viable tenant mix is built is essential. You would be leading a team and reporting to the General Manager.
