About the Role
Responsible for the distribution of electronic products promptly to the customer as per agreed SLA. Install and demonstrate operational process of the goods to the customer and resolve any installation/operational issues which may arise during the Delivery & Installation process. Represents the company in a professional and cost-effective manner to maintain customer confidence and satisfaction.
Key Role Specific Accountabilities
Delivery & Installation
- Deliver and install a wide variety of electronics items to different locations within UAE. Follow route and agreed delivery timetable. Ensure customer satisfaction and clean the premises after the process.
- Demonstrate operational process and resolve clients complains to ensure customer satisfaction.
Good Maintenance
- Resolve clients complains and provide link between customers and warehouse staff.
- Takes ownership of company assets and goods to ensure that they are not duly exposed to risk and potential losses
Reporting Activities
- Submit POD and customer feedback on daily basis.
