Position Title: Head Chef

Salary: up to 20K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A well known international coffee brand that has various coffee shop outlets
Job Description:
- Create quality recipe and menu items
- Ensure that the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
- Oversee daily operations in the kitchen from major menu highlights, special requests and staffing
- Manage P&L and forecasts for the restaurant together with top management
- Control and direct the food preparation process
