Fantastic opening to work for an international organisation for a bright, bubbly individual with a ‘can do’, ‘how can I help’ attitude. Our client has several portfolio companies who share the same office space, so this is very much an Office Community role (like a Managed Service Office). You will be the ‘go to’ person for the management team and the portfolio companies and be responsible for ensuring any maintenance/facilities within the community office space is always in good working order and is maintained when appropriate. The successful candidate is the ‘solutions’ individual rather than someone who looks for the solution to come from the management team. The successful individual must be prepared to reside in Abu Dhabi.


Description:

  • Responsible for ensuring any maintenance/facilities within the community office space is always in good working order and is maintained when appropriate
  • To create a collaborative environment amongst the clients’ members
  • Ensure that building is fully operational, and processes are running smoothly
  • Supporting members on any services needed such as illustrations of the office equipment’s and meeting rooms
  • Maintaining company standards and expectations
  • Manage all building operations and communicate with supplier support to ensure highest level of member satisfaction
  • Develop community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including member introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications, and building walkthroughs
  • Solve member related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations
  • Meet with members to resolve technical or logistical issues
  • Oversee events to support the management team in any coordination for the events and to review for adequate procedural safeguards for the protection of members and company assets
  • Make recommendations on any repairs, maintenance, or updates required in the building
  • Identify and resolve issues presented, i.e., insufficient cleaning staff, repeating IT-related failures, malfunctioning conference room equipment
  • Supervise move-ins and move-outs with the client’s companies for quality experience
  • Know and be able to implement member safety plans, i.e., fire and emergency plans
  • Support the management team at the office whenever needed
