Job Description:

Lead efforts to develop the entity corporate strategy in coordination with entity’s leadership team; this includes the identification of strategic objectives and initiatives linked to key performance metrics.
Ensure that the entity corporate strategy is effectively cascaded down to the Education Sector and Departmental levels across the organization to support the achievement of strategic objectives.
Lead efforts to development entity’s annual operating plans, circulate among all concerned stakeholders and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure alignment with the annual budget.
Oversee the execution of operational plans within the department and ensure effective and efficient support is provided to all institutions, in close coordination with Sectors.
Take lead on necessary actions / decisions within the department to ensure the overall achievement of entity’s strategy, sector, and department objectives.
