Job title: Social Media Executive

Job description: Urgently hiring for Social Media Specialist for our client into Food Industry to administer the company’s social media marketing and advertising.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
Develop engaging and creative social media strategies tailored to each medium and platform.
Manage the content calendar and strategy for each medium and platform.

Manage and facilitate the social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions.
Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels.
Undertake audience research, analyze competitor activity, and recommend improvements to increase performance.
Actively stay on top of current trends: you always know what’s hot, what’s not, and what everyone’s buzzing about, usually before they even know they’re going to start buzzing about it. You’re always on the pulse: you don’t just like to follow them, you’re an active participant in these stories.
Write sparkling, witty copy that is always on-brand, error-free, and keeps in mind the various sensitivities of our wide-ranging international audience.
Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms.
Set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
Be a team player, and a stickler for deadlines, who understands that maintaining a good workflow also helps your team achieve less stress and more success.

Professional Requirements:

Bachelors/ Diploma in Marketing/ Marketing Communications or related discipline.
At least 3 to 5 years of related marketing experience in the same or similar position.
Demonstrated experience in social community management.
Excellent written English
Demonstrated experience with latest social platforms (Tik Tok, etc.).
Extensive knowledge of social media trends, strategy, algorithms, maximizing engagement and reach, etc.
Highly creative, great at brainstorming, coming up with spontaneous ideas, etc.
Have a keen understanding of quality content, including what makes a great (and not-so-great) image or video.
Some form of previous copywriting is a big plus.
