Please speak to the Talent Acquisition team to find out more information.RoleAs a member of the project management team, your role will be pivotal to the smooth running of the business. You will be required to have a thorough understanding of all areas of the business and be responsible for all aspects of your account. You will focus on building client relationships, managing the network, consistent and accurate business reporting, project planning, plus ensuring that expectations are managed and delivered.Internal Responsibilities Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services and technology Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the internal organisational structure Respond to requests from line manager Ensure a thorough understanding ofthe contractual obligations, commercial arrangements & SLAs of the accounts and ensure specific details are understood by the wider team where relevant Be able to work at a client’s offices within your country or overseas at short notice Organise teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure people are able to deliver results Flag any potential team issues to the line manager and are actively involved in finding a solution Identify training requirements for team members to ensure their adherence to processes and improve workflow Help prepare and plan the induction of new startersClient Management Responsibilities• Immerse yourself in the brand and offering of the blue chip technology company• Adherence to client confidentially policy• Ensure client follows the agreed workflows and manage them through the process• Set and manage client expectations deliverables and timeframes• Identify areas for improvement of existing workflow and processes• Build strong trusting relationships with all key Stakeholders, Function Leads, Cross Functional Producers and 3rd Party Vendors that are directly involved with the workProject Management Responsibilities Co-ordinate between all relevant parties – Hogarth Team and Client Lead Ensure your account delivers consistently against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs Monitor timelines and manage client expectations Monitor internal workflows, identify areas for improvement and make recommendationsQuality Control Responsibilities Act as a brand QC/Guardian – always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed Ensure all parties are aware of brand and style guides when available Highlight and resolve quality control issues Ensure that the best external talent are always used – Freelancers, Translators, Proofreaders, Copywriters, Planners and where necessary (liaise with relevant department heads and ensure they pass relevant tests) #LI-TA3Diversity and InclusionHogarth is committed to diversity and inclusion, through our ideas, our people, how we behave and conduct ourselves.
