Their role is to understand customer conversion journeys in different international markets, then to find the best ways to connect with smokers and convince them to switch to reduced-risk products.
Philip Morris Management Services is looking for a dedicated Portfolio & Consumer Value Management Executive to join the Marketing team in Dubai.
Your ‘day to day’:
As RRP Portfolio & CVM Executive, you will have the opportunity to contribute establishing IQOS, our heat-not burn product, through the planning, deployment and performance management of a strong portfolio of products, accessories and consumables that will drive awareness, acquisition and retention and enhance consumer value.
Specifically, you will:
. Assist in the development of the portfolio strategy and corresponding action plans based on consumer insights and market dynamics.
. Coordinate the portfolio initiatives with local and regional commercial teams, local business planning and sales strategy teams and PMI product and packaging development team.
. Plan, initiate and supervise all product and packaging processes end-to-end, from their inception to their launch in the market, and in line with PMI policies and local regulations.
. Support local commercial teams on portfolio initiatives forecasting and deployment strategies, for Direct and Indirect Retail channels.
. Track and report product and packaging initiatives’ status on a timely basis to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are on track.
. Consistently monitor market developments, portfolio performance and competitive moves, to conceptualise on new solutions and/or business opportunities based on consumers’ pain/gain points.
. Contribute to the development and deployment of the Consumer Value Management strategy, driving increased value per consumer and reduced cost per acquisition / awareness / retention / service, throughout the entire consumer lifetime.
Who we’re looking for:
. You have Bachelor degree MBA is a plus.
. You have minimum 5 years of marketing/brand building and product/packaging development experience.
. Strong understanding of and passion for marketing and brands.
. Strong PMI portfolio knowledge (product and packaging).
. Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making
. Excellent planning and project management skills.
. Experience in managing stakeholders and external business partners.
. Problem solving capabilities and financial acumen.
. Fast learner, attention to detail, curious and outward looking.
. Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.
. Experience working in lean, agile, test & learn environments, where continuous improvement is the norm.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
. Excellent command of English (both written and spoken). Arabic is optional but could be an asset.
