About the Role:

The main purpose of this role is to achieve the budgeted membership targets through an innovative sales and marketing process.

Your main duties will include the following:

To be responsible for ensuring monthly targeted sales are achieved.
To develop activities and initiatives to generate leads by networking the local area and maximizing the opportunities for sales.
To identify and target specific market segments for potential corporate clientele and to sell memberships to them.
To follow all financial procedures, in relation to membership sales.
To monitor on a regular basis, activities, and developments in other clubs in the local area
To ensure that all administrative duties are performed to a high standard through the Membership Department
To acknowledge members and guests (by name if possible) throughout the club and assist them as required, ensuring they always feel comfortable and welcome.
To have a good knowledge of all other services offered by the Jumeirah properties
To be familiar with the name and status of all Executives and Heads of Departments.
To report any operation problems or complaints immediately to the Health Club Manager
Any other duties as requested by the club management.

About you:

Experience of working within a 5 Star Luxury environment and Fitness Chain
Minimum 1-3 year in Membership Sales Fit and aesthetic silhouette
Good communication skills
High level of written and verbal business English
Organised and able to prioritise and work to deadlines
Competent in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
