Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking a highly skilled Accountant to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for daily transaction processing and will closely collaborate with the finance department reporting to the finance manager. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing financial aspects such as the general ledger, accounts payable, and financial analysis of operators and subsidiaries.

<br />- Conduct an analysis of cash flows and financial requirements for the Housing and Real Estate departments.
<br />- Collaborate with the Housing & Infrastructure and Development divisions to address and resolve any operational issues.
<br />- Engage with external auditors and assist in fulfilling their requests, working closely with senior accountants.
<br />- Handle the processing and reconciliation of petty cash accounts.
<br />- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as necessary.
<br />- Examine and assess the financial data related to designated properties and assets.
<br />- Create purchase requisitions within the Finance department.
<br />- Ensure the provision of timely and high-quality services in accordance with established service level agreements.
<br />- Prepare invoices for various stakeholders when applicable.

<br />Requirements- Prior experience in the Real Estate Developer industry is essential.
<br />- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a relevant field is required.
<br />- Previous experience in the GCC region is a plus.
<br />- 3+ years of experience in accounting, including bookkeeping and preparation of financial statements.
<br />- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
<br />- Exceptional organizational and strong analytical skills.
