Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Fighting Sales Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the fire fighting industry, with a strong background in sales and project management. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the fire fighting market in Dubai and the surrounding region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fire fighting industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to project completion.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and services.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the fire fighting industry, with a focus on sales and project management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong technical knowledge of fire fighting systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
