Flow is working with a leading law firm who are hiring an IT Analyst to be based in the UAE.

Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. Suitable candidates will be contacted within 5 working days. If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.

Key aspects of the role include:

Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve IT service requests.
Identify key issues, potential risks, and major incidents and escalate to line management and recommend solutions.
Log all service requests, maintain, and update the record as needed.
Provide technical support and maintain activities by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
Monitor IT Equipment inventory.
Assist in departmental budgets by highlighting cost-saving and investment opportunities.
Provide a high level of customer service and end-user administration.
