Job Description:

Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with the organization's overall goals and objectives
Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
Establish and manage performance appraisal processes, setting clear goals and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee performance
Utilize HR analytics to guide informed decisions and monitor key HR metrics and KPI's in enabling continuous improvement in HR strategies
Manage employee benefits programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and make recommendations for improvements
