Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and employee relations to training and development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the hospitality establishment
- Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees
- Design and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees in various roles within the hospitality industry.
