Responsible for the implementation and appropriate utilization of Hospital Information System (HIS) and electronic medical record.
Implemented or enhanced and test ERP systems and application to meet dynamic business needs. Performs complex configuration, change management and testing activities to support a service oriented architecture and integration between application
Gather, compile and analyze healthcare information.
Deployment and support of internal infrastructure system ensuring that all tasks are completed.
Analyze and perform research on all technological solutions and provide support to all procurement procedures and maintain knowledge on all latest technology.
Create business processes, best practices, standards, templates and operating procedures to optimize IT Healthcare project development.
Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to design all management reports for all IT projects and ensure compliance with all deadlines.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical problems with ERP systems to include application, database problems.
Participates in the development of database-related application development standards covering database creation, software placement, storage and auditing. Plans and implements operating procedures for backup of database and recovery of database information.
Ensures the performance and reliability of ERP systems by monitoring these systems for high availability load balancing and satisfactory response time.
