Job Description:
- Ensure that all invoices are timely and accurately processed, collaborating closely with our internal finance team
- Negotiate with vendors to secure the most favourable prices and terms for materials and services, optimizing cost-effectiveness for the company
- Coordinate purchasing activities across various company departments to maintain consistency
- Review vendor quotes meticulously to ensure they align with the requirements and specifications of each project, maintaining quality standards and cost-efficiency
- Take charge of inventory by monitoring stocks, ordering necessary supplies as required, maintaining supplier info, and staying informed about market trends. management
