Position Title: Site IT Technical Support

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:

A highly respected Multi-national IT group based in Dubai

Job Description:

Performs the installation of personal computers, external and internal peripherals, operating systems.
Analyzes, diagnoses, and resolves situations that are abnormal to the running of a personal computer as they relate to the hardware, operating systems, or the general application software installed.
Manage a variety of computer equipment including computer terminals, printers, modems, personal computers, and data communication equipment’s.
Log all service requests calls to the SD application (ServiceNow Platform).
Responsible for keeping up to date inventory and documentation on all the holding’s computers and peripherals.
