eMagine Solutions are currently engaged with a UAE Fintech company who are scaling up their operations within the GCC. We are looking for a TA (Talent Acquisition) Head who can implement pioneering programs to attract and retain world class talent within Data, AI, ML and future technologies.
As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the TA function. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Leading and mentoring a talented team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers.
- Collaborating with department heads to understand their hiring needs and align talent acquisition efforts with the overall business strategy.
- Implementing cutting-edge recruitment practices and technologies to streamline and enhance the hiring process.
- Championing diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a diverse and innovative workforce.
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles, ideally in Banking, FinTech or Technology.
- Strong strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A deep understanding of diversity and inclusion principles in recruitment.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism.
