For a high-end confectionary store in Dubai Mall, we are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Luxury Sales Associate to join our team. As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with high-end clientele, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for luxury products, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for fashion and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience for customers
- Build and maintain relationships with high-end clientele
- Provide personalized product recommendations and styling advice to customers
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with luxury fashion trends and product knowledge
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
- Participate in sales training programs and initiatives
Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience in luxury retail or sales
- Passion for luxury fashion and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of luxury fashion trends and designers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
