Overview of the role:
As a Technician in our team, your role is pivotal to maintaining and servicing Heavy Commercial Trucks. You will be responsible for conducting both mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and precise diagnostics. Our primary focus is to resolve issues efficiently, ensuring that every repair is done right the first time. Whether you're working in our workshop or in the field, you'll proactively identify potential problem causes and apply best practices from service manuals to enhance productivity and efficiency. Your ability to read and implement instructions from workshop manuals and use service checklists will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our operations.
What you will do:
- Conduct mechanical and electrical repairs on Heavy Commercial Trucks.
- Diagnose faults and recommend effective solutions, emphasizing a "get it right the first time" approach.
- Proactively identify potential causes of problems during tasks in both the workshop and the field.
- Utilize tools and adopt best practices as mentioned in service manuals to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Read, comprehend, and implement instructions from workshop manuals and use service checklists where applicable.
